The International Dialogue Centre (KAICIID) is seeking applications from education professionals that train future religious leaders to take part in the 2018 KAICIID International Fellows Programme. The Programme gathers religious teachers from around the world for in-person and online training in dialogue, mediation and promoting social cohesion that will bring the Fellows to Vienna to teach dialogue, become active facilitators and leaders in dialogue and be advocates for peace in their communities. There is a short turn-around time as the deadline for applications is 31 August 2017, midnight (CET). Details can be found here.

The Aspen Institute’s New Voices Fellowship is a year-long media skills, communication and leadership program designed for standout development professionals from the developing world. Candidates for the Fellowship are expected to have both a record of significant professional achievement and a desire to share their perspectives on global development with a broader international audience. The Fellowship is open by nomination only. More details can be found here.

The Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa, CODESRIA is soliciting proposals for a new intervention on Designing interdisciplinary Humanities/STEM Teaching and Research programs for African universities. The intervention is a response to the continued segmentation in terms of teaching and research of the Humanities from STEM disciplines, while in actual sense; both disciplines seek to find solutions to the same problems, a fact that should call for more synergy and convergence between them. Proposals are due September 10th and details can be found here.
